Fees
All fees are in NOK (Norwegian kroner); here is a currency calculator. Value added tax (VAT) is included.The fees include lunch (except on Friday, Oct 8) and coffee break refreshments (fruit or snacks).
The conference fee includes one copy of the proceedings. (This does not apply to students.)

Cancellation
The following rules apply to cancellations:- Registrations cancelled more than 60 days before the event will be subject to a 500 NOK cancellation fee. Accommodation is cancelled free of charge.
- Registrations cancelled less than 60 but more than 30 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. Accommodation is cancelled free of charge.
- Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund. Accommodation will be refunded minus a one-night cancellation fee.
- It is possible to transfer a registration to another person.

Meals
- Breakfast
- If you book your hotel as part of your registration (see below), a buffet breakfast is included in the price.
- Lunch
- Lunch is included every day from Sunday, October 3 to Thursday, October 7.
- Dinner
- Dinner is not included.
The banquet on Thursday, October 7 is included for all conference participants (except the students).
Light refreshments will be served during the Viking ship reception on Monday, October 4 (not included in ordinary fee) and the City hall reception on Wednesday, October 6.
Hotels
The following are our official hotels. They are all centrally located and within a 10 minute walking distance from the conference location.All prices are per room per night and apply when you book the hotel with the conference (see below). The prices are given in NOK (Norwegian kroner); they include a buffet breakfast and all taxes.
Note
Since we have reserved a limited number of rooms in some hotels, we recommend that you register early if you want a particular hotel.
